Probably not, because I believe the NL and AL All-Star teams have their team's patch on the side of their jersey and he would be advertising the Mets if he was a Manager there. AND also, you can only be a manager in the All-Star game IF your team was in the WS the previous season. That's why Terry Francona and Clint Hurdle are the Managers for AL and NL All-Stars. +1 Karma for me lol jk
