Just wondering how people have done.
You can count trades, purchases, pulls, etc.
As of July 25th, I've acquired exactly 400 since January 1st 2009. (my total for 2008 was 509, looks like I'll be beating that number possibly).

0 TTM/IP Autos. Too many to count of certified pack pulls. But, today, I pulled two autos out of A&G. I opened a handful of packs of those, 2 donruss elite football packs, and 2 something else (forget the name) of football.

why do you have 0 ttm/IP? Well, when you don't send any out, you don't tend to get any back However, I do have IP, I forgot. I know you send a letter/item plus SASE, but how long would the letter be? Do you include a pen? etc I always do about a page long, kinda quick. Explaining that I'm a fan, and saying something specific about their career that I remember. I've never included a pen or anything, but if you ever send a ball, its a good idea. I used to be strictly a card collector, then I started seeing guys come through here that I had cards on, so I started do autos. Now I don't get any cards unless there's a potential to get them signed. |
