In any gu card, is the jersey or bat swatch as big as the card itself?

It depends. It can be the size of the swatch or take up a little bigger portion that it. Like on some Topps game used you can feel the swatch on the back and where it is place.

Yeah it's usualy never bigger than the card. The card would be so fragile.
