Proabbly cuz they also don't wanna get scammed.I usually make new tradeers that i havn't traded with before send first (unless there not new traders but have never trade with me before bbut have traded with lots of other people)

A lot of people ask me to send first when there new, if they do that I usually don't trade with them.
