One of my shops closed a year ago which was 10 mins away. Still have Bud's Sports Cards here, but he sells cards for BV. His pack prices aren't too bad though. 10 mins away. They also have HOF'ers sign there, but I don't go because it is like 30 bucks to get a baseball signed.

Mine are 25 cents for a card that books 25 cents! He charged me 5 bucks for a Chipper Jones rookie that books 5!

Hey your lucky that you have a nearby card store. The closest to me is about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I've been to a card store only 3 times because their so far away and it is a treat when I get to go to one.

I have a ton of stores in MA. There is a really good one about 20 minutes away. Only been there twice, but it rocks. A bit pricey, but has a outstanding selection and the owner is crazy nice.

That sounds awesome, it seems all card stores are a little pricey.

Well, card stores need to pay for bills, and possibly rent.

Yeah. The store I go to has all the new releases at good deals for boxes and has a variety of older stuff dating back to 04-05. Has a bunch of Red Sox stuff. Gives great prices for packs. Has big binders of base to look through and like $3 auto and GU bins. And then a bunch of glass cases with some sick autos and game useds that are a bit pricey, but still aren't too bad.
